Eagle Fountains has published this Return Policy which must be followed in order to return products for refund or exchange. No Refunds or Exchanges will be made for products that have been installed. All products must be returned in original packaging material, with all documentation, and all components, as originally shipped.

Products can not be returned or exchanged if damage has resulted due to power surges, pumps operated using extension cords, lightning strikes or any failure of any component do to misuse or acts of God.

DO NOT CUT THE PUMP CORD OR DISASSEMBLE THE PUMP! CUTTING THE PUMP SERVICE CORD OR DISASSEMBLING THE PUMP FOR ANY REASON WILL VOID THE PUMP WARRANTY! WE CANNOT REPAIR DISASSEMBLED PUMPS! THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS FOR ANY REASON!
