Our site is simple and straightforward with a lot of information & pictures but not so much Flash! We don't build the cheap four and five hundred dollar fountains using sump pumps or well pumps. Those fountains only last about a year and what you wind up with are customers who are mad at you. There are plenty of those type fountains out on the internet but rather than paying $500 you are better off going to your local hardware store and buying a $50 sump pump and making your own fountain. If you want a real fountain that will last many years with no problems operating in dirty pond water then that's what we offer.
If your pond has a dirt bottom and is filled by rain water runoff then you need a TRASH PUMP if you want years of dependable service from your fountain. Our EFS1900 @ $1,488.00 and EFS2000 @ $1,695.00 are built using stainless steel trash pumps from ITT Flygt. These fountain pumps are designed to operate in dirty or cloudy water conditions as is usually found in retention ponds. Trash pumps are designed for tough duty and are primarily used for moving dirty water with a heavy particulate concentration. We offer 3 lighted and 3 unlighted severe duty fountains with stainless trash pumps that are real BULLDOGS and can handle very dirty water conditions. The Trash Pump fountains are shipped complete and ready to plug in and enjoy, for years!
If you have just started looking around for a fountain we encourage you to click here for important fountain pump facts. Choose the fountain that's right for your pond conditions and enjoy. We encourage you to check out our Warranty and we strongly suggest that you find and carefully read the warranty/legal statement for any company before you buy a fountain from them. You may be surprised at some companies "Warranty/Legal" statements, some exclude the pump from their warranty and some exclude the entire fountain! Some warranties only cover the fountain float and nothing else! Know the warranty before you buy anything.
One of our competitors legal statements says this, "THE MATERIALS AND SERVICES PROVIDED AT THIS SITE ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY", Truly AMAZING!!! and other's warranties are equally ridiculous. For instance, what good is a 5 year warranty that only covers the float. You need to know that this kind of stuff goes on out there in the internet fountain industry, before you spend your money!!! When we started our business there were only 2 manufacturers of floating fountains including us, now there are probably 40 or more. Realize that the majority of the fountain suppliers/builders on the internet are garage operations, often here today & gone tomorrow operations because their $500 fountains can't last more than a year and when the failures start piling up they just close down. In our 10 years we have seen this happen over and over again. Enough warning, just realize that in the internet fountain business it's buyer beware! If the price is cheap then so are the fountain components and a cheap fountain won't last in dirty pond water. It's just common sense.
