Dear Eagle Fountains,

I have purchased an eagle fountain about 3 to 4 years ago and love it..  However, an accident occurred whereby the plastic tubing that is fitted to the floatation disc severed.  The pump itself is fine but I need to purchase the other piece to the fountain.  I am sure you will need some information to help you.  It was purchased under the name of Alan Wickenhauser.  I hope you have me on record, that should give you what type of fountain replacement piece I need.  I think we purchased the medium size fountain, no lights.  I hope you can help, we just love your fountain.

My wife was quite skeptical of me purchasing a fountain, and questioned me on
spending the money,
and what the benefits would be. After the installation, which was as easy as
you said it would be, I plugged
it in, and to my wifes surprise, it exceeded her expectations. The next 30

My husband installed our fountain this weekend as my mother's day gift...all
I can say is, "WOW"!!  We were having a duckweed problem and after just a

I installed the fountain OK and it operates very well.  My available pond
depth turned out to be less than two feet (the rest of the 4-5 depth was
silty mud), so I had to do something to get the fountain to operate in clean
water properly.

 My original question was about attaching a sump-type container to the bottom
plate of the pump using the three existing screws that retain that plate. 
The sump would then float with the fountain.  But, the lack of useable pond
depth ruled this out. 

Then, I found a medium-size plastic trash container that I imbedded solidly
into the pond bottom mud deep enough to allow the pump to float freely in it.
 It worked OK on the first try.  I located the container rim about two inches
below the water surface, so there's plenty of  volume to keep the inflow
greater than the pump outflow

Hello,
Just had to send you a quick note to say that the fountain arrived UPS Wednesday, 7/10, around 4:15 p.m.  It was about 96 degrees outside and spitting rain (for the first time in 6 weeks).....I knew it would be too much to try and install the fountain at that point.  Around 6:30 pm, I couldn't stand it any longer so out I went and carried the fountain down to the boat on our pond, got two bricks and rowed out to the center.  I am a 56 year old woman and once I got out on the pond, it took me less than 15 minutes to put together and put in the water.  I quickly rowed back to shore stringing the cord as I went, plugged it in and WOW, what a beautiful sight!  It has been running steady ever since.  I  can see the algae is not so thick today so

Hi, Bill!

 

We just recently put our fountain back into our pond following a long winter.  Last year we got nesting mallards after we got the fountain.  This year, so far, we have two sets of mallards, and three pairs of wood ducks, plus so many other new birds, etc.-too many to mention!  The fountain is great for wildlife.  Never knew there were so many kinds of dragonflies, and that there could be so few mosquitoes around a pond.

 

We are sending people your way!  The next will be Don and Bonnie Harvey, neighbors here in Lake Nebagamon, WI., and sometime in the next year or so, Tim Harvey.

 

The people who visit our motel, Village Inn, and restaurant, really enjoy the atmosphere the fountain provides!

I installed my fountain a week ago and we extremely pleased with it. The 3/4
HP motor with the tulip spray head is in a lagoon situated directly behind
our house. The lagoon is about an acre and a half and the fountain is a
perfect size. My wife and I were surprised at the height of the
fountain, easily over 20 feet with at least a 30' foot spray pattern!

We had a fountain previously that cost almost twice as much, but wasn't
half the quality of your fountain.

looks really pretty out there in the middle of our pond.  In the mornings
when the sun is first coming up it really shows up neat!  We got it

Thanks!  My fountain came when you said it would, and it was installed as easily as mentioned.
Along with my wife and myself, my son and his wife showed up for the plug-in ceremony.  When I plugged it in,...almost in unison it was heard in our front yard,...COOOOOL!!!  The timer is a great addition also.  The wifey and I like to sit on the front porch, drink coffee and watch "Old Faithful" shoot up as the timer turns it on,...and that turns us on!!

  Please accept my apologies for not having responded sooner, our fountain works great and we even have some others who want to put another fountain in our same pond.  I’ve attached a couple of photos for you.  Please notice the sleeping duck and then the speedy duck, what a surprise he had!  The fountain has cleared out most of the algae in the pond, but it will be great when some of our neighbors invest in a fountain too.  There is a real estate office to the West of us and an apartment complex on the North side of the pond; both have expressed an interest to add at least one fountain apiece to the pond.  I gave the real estate people your website and showed them some of the pictures; will get in touch with the apartment complex manager and give him the information too!

 I unpacked the fountain, and found that it was very simply arranged and
easy to assemble.  It took me about 30 minutes to install and have water
shooting from it and most of that time was spent rereading instructions to
make sure I wasn't missing anything, it seemed too easy. Very good set up and works excellent, the wife was
commenting about how it suddenly felt cooler with the water spraying.

I received my fountain Friday just like you promised and its everything you
said it would be.  My pond is about 2-1/2 acres and it put ripples all over
it.  Great for the fish.

I"ve seen fountains at rich peoples houses that don't look neer this good.

I would like to try the geyser nozzle.  What do you think?  The one you sent
was the one with 9 holes. Do you even sell them separately?  If you do and
its reasonable, please send me one.

It's only been two weeks since we've started running our  pump, but the change in the pond has been dramatic. With the temperatures being as warm as they have been lately, our pond would have been well on the way to "scumming" over. But with  the way this pump is moving the water, things look much cleaner. Just a quick note to say how much we're enjoying our fountain. The perpetual background of cascading  water is more soothing than anticipated. I've taken pics and will forward as soon as I develop the disc. Additionally , in just three short weeks, the water clarity has improved markedly. My only regret is, I was unable to purchase the lighted model. I presume I can add the light kit. I will need 150' of electrical line from the timer to the lights.( low voltage) Does the light kit include its own timer??. Please send me the price for the light kit, along with 150' of wire and the timer and anything else I would need to retro-fit  the three week old 1.15 fountain....................Thank you             Bruce Day

Several months back I ordered a fountain from you while awaiting the move
into my new house with the backyard 1 acre pond.  Well we're finally in, so
is the fountain and it's awesome!  It was as easy as you said it would be,
and I managed to do it without tipping my raft and going in with the
fountain and/or cinder block anchor.  It seemed like 2 days later I could
already tell a difference in the floating algae in the water, and now--maybe
a month later, it's gone and the water looks much better.  I'm really hoping
it'll help the bass and other fish flourish next spring.
Needless to say, the fountain is also quite the conversation piece as well
as the backyard attraction for those who want to relax, listen, and enjoy
the view.  So thanks to you and your staff for their knowledge and from
stopping me from almost ordering the wrong equipment for my needs.

Hi Bill & Ann,

My fountain came late Thursday, was installed Friday and I've been sitting on the patio since Friday!  It is beautiful and our lake (pond) has already improved.  I have a couple of questions re the timer and I will call after I try again to set it!  Thank you so much.  Since our pond is shared with a neighbor and it is about 500 ft long, I'm hoping they will put a fountain on the other end.  We lost about 150 lbs of big bass, catfish and bream when the pond "flipped".  I don't want to see that again.  We will permanently place the anchor when the water level rises, now about 2 ft low.  Thanks again.

We installed both lighted water fountains in about an hour. The lighted fountains are GORGEOUS!!! We love them. They were so easy to install and the effect on the pond is beautiful. Many people have stopped by to tell us how much they enjoy them. The night effect is the best with the lights. I have sent three pictures for you to see. Thanks again for a great experience with Eagle Fountains. I will highly recommend your fountains to everyone. They are hassle free, easy to install and your customer service has been awesome.
